Refund & Return Policy

1. Hygiene & Sale Items

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damages & Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@desicloset.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

  • We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

3. General Returns (Non-Sale, Non-Earring Items)
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

4. Return Shipment

  • If your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

  • Desi Closet does not cover return shipping costs nor is responsible for returns sent without tracking.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package arrives safely.

5. Inspection & Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
