Refund & Return Policy
1. Hygiene & Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damages & Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@desicloset.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
3. General Returns (Non-Sale, Non-Earring Items)
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
4. Return Shipment

If your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Desi Closet does not cover return shipping costs nor is responsible for returns sent without tracking.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package arrives safely.
5. Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
